Scrolling due to unable to get element

Hello , Iam using page.frameLocator to access iframe with name and then getByText to get element and then click on it but as soon as page ,loads the scrollbar keeps moving up and down and then the test case fails due to time out time , any solution to fix this .I have coded in typescript
