Modal dialog pops up in app sometimes. Can not close it.

I can not control this modal dialog, None of the popup or dialog events are triggered. I know the selectors for some elements, but methods like invisible does not work. I will post more information tomorrow, but does someone seen a similar pattern.

This thread is trying to answer question "Has anyone encountered a similar issue where a modal dialog in an app cannot be controlled or closed, and how did you resolve it?"
