Error when running test with import from file that contains class (Angular)

In my test, I'm importing a const from a utils file. This utils file contains an import of an Angular class. This results with this error: "Decorators must be placed after the 'export' keyword. Remove the 'decoratorsBeforeExport: false' option to use the '@decorator export class {}' syntax. "
