Software Engineer in Test
Artera is seeking a talented Software Engineer in Test to join their fast-paced, growing engineering department. This critical role contributes to the stability, usability, and improvement speed of the Artera product while collaborating closely with the entire Innovation Organization. The Software Engineer in Test will develop automated tests, maintain testing pipelines, and identify components in need of testing to ensure the best possible product is delivered to customers and users.
Responsibilities
- Develop automated tests for all technologies at Artera
- Maintain testing pipelines and results
- Collaboratively create test plans with Product and Engineering teams to ensure comprehensive coverage
- Identify components in need of testing and prioritize the automation of those tests
- Create and manage defect tickets for new and existing functionality
- Be a champion of Agile and its methodologies
- Be a 'Beacon of Quality' that inspires high-quality practices in others

Experience
- Developing automated tests in a professional environment (3-6 years)
- Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals
- Excellent troubleshooting ability
- Experience with a testing framework like pytest, jest, cucumber, or mocha (preferred)
- Experience with Jira, Testrail, and Selenium or Playwright (preferred)
Compensation
$102,000.00 - $136,000.00 YEAR
