Senior QA Automation Engineer
As a Senior QA Automation Engineer at Formant, you will be instrumental in enhancing and maintaining our existing automation framework. You will leverage your technical expertise to optimize testing processes, improve efficiency, and ensure the quality of our software applications. Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated testing strategies for software products
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform API automation testing using tools like Jest
- Perform load testing using tools such as JMeter or K6
- Set up and maintain automation framework scalability, stability, and maintainability
- Review code to ensure it meets quality standards
- Mentor junior engineers in best practices for test automation and software engineering

Experience
- Software automation testing (5 years)
- UI Automation using tools like Playwright, Cypress, TestCafe, or Puppeteer
- Experience with Jira or similar issue tracking tools
- API automation testing using tools like Jest
- Load testing using tools such as JMeter or K6
- Setting up and maintaining automation frameworks
- Performance and monitoring tools such as Datadog
