Software Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

The Software Quality Assurance Automation Engineer is responsible for designing and developing test plans and test cases based on functional and design specifications. They execute automated test cases, analyze results, and work with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. The engineer will also contribute to functional, system, performance, and regression testing activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test plans and test cases based on functional and design specifications
• Create and maintain product test checklists, scripts, and scenarios
• Execute automated test cases and analyze/report test results
• Execute issue analysis to determine root cause of test case failures
• Isolate, replicate, and document defects and verify fixes
• Work in partnership with the development teams to deliver business functionality on time with required quality
• Participate actively in functional, system, performance, and regression testing activities

Experience

• Automated testing solution development (5+ years)
• Creating and performing automated testing
• Frontend and backend testing
• API testing
• Performance and Load Testing
• Software management tools and ticketing platforms
• Playwright or similar automated testing frameworks
