How to save and load static files in playwright python to save bandwidth?

Problem: I want to save bandwidth by not downloading the static files when the browser is opened again. Like the normal browsers automatically stores the static files in cache and serves them from there when the same request happens next time. I want to do something like this but haven't found anything useful yet.
