Tests in Gitlab CI Docker fails, local works fine even in Docker

Any idea?

Everytime I get this error. Sometimes when I run pipeline again it passes. I have no idea why is this happening. Localhost works perfectly even in Docker but Docker in CI is always crashing like this...
