Failed to load chrome.dll in DevOps

Hey folks! First time poster here & still learning Playwright so (gulp) here goes.... I'm trying to troubleshoot the error "Failed to load Chrome DLL.." when running tests in DevOps. As per the docs I'm trying with "set DEBUG=pw:browser" prior to the run cmd but I'm not sure what I should expect to see or if I should expect to see anything specific. Any ideas?
