If I want to emulate a mobile device (like an iPhone), can I define in which browser I want my script to be executed?

Emulation is just params set from https://github.com/microsoft/playwright/blob/main/packages/playwright-core/src/server/deviceDescriptorsSource.json.

So if you set iPhone - it will run on webkit. Otherwise set useragent and other data
