--use-file-for-fake-video-capture and playwright v 1.35.1

Hello Folks, I am using the fake video stream option when starting a chrome bowser but after the browser is launched, there is no video source. I tried this from the command line with chrome.exe and it works. Note: Audio is working. I am using the following parameters for chromium: '--use-fake-ui-for-media-stream', '--use-fake-device-for-media-stream', '--use-file-for-fake-video-capture=C:\temp\city_cif_15fps.y4m', '--use-file-for-fake-audio-capture=C:\temp\play.wav'

Can you enable any type of debug logging for playwright that shows what API's are called or has anyone been able to verify a fake video input with version 1.35.1.
