Command 'Test: Pick locator' resulted in an error Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'send

When trying to run the "Pick locator" function in VS Code, I get this error, I tried uninstalling VS Code completely and removing all my settings, but it still happens. I also can't close all browsers because it says tests are running.
