All libraries missing when using WSL2 and Home-manager

Hi all,

Currently using playwrights default example in a new project. I'm currently using WSL2 and Home-Manager However, I've installed all the dependencies in WSL2 (using Ubuntu), yet when I run npx playwright test with the example tests, I get errors saying that the dependencies have not been installed and my tests all fail. Here is the log from installing the dependencies (and when I can clear out all the fancy unicode and colors from the log files I have, I will include that as well). What is going wrong with my code and how can I fix it? the repo is here.
